We have a standard 30-day return policy. There is a 30-day window from the date your order is received to contact us and request a return. Requesting a return is easy and free! Just contact our awesome customer service team and we will send you a return shipping label. You just need to drop it off at the nearest post office.
Please make sure that the item(s) are in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Also include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can find your order.
To get the return process started, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use "RGA Request and your Order Number" in the Subject line. Once the return is accepted, we will send you an RGA Packing Slip, return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We would appreciate photo or video proof to make it easier for us to make it right. You can refuse the delivery of items with obvious damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are returnable within the 30-days from the date of delivery.
The best way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, to you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for the refund to show up in your bank account or credit card.
